My system is built from years of live mat experience, pressure-tested against skilled opponents, and refined to focus on what actually works under resistance — not flashy moves, but reliable control and submissions. I teach a clear framework that helps students understand why techniques work, so they can adapt in real time instead of memorizing steps.
