About Aurora
My fascination with mathematics began early, inspired by curiosity about patterns, logic, and problem-solving. I earned a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics, acquiring both theoretical knowledge and practical problem-solving experience. Over 10 years, I have guided students from foundational topics to advanced problem-solving, helping them build analytical thinking, confidence, and mastery. I teach with clarity, patience, and flexibility, using visual demonstrations, stepwise exercises, and real-world examples to make abstract concepts tangible. I encourage independent reasoning, curiosity, and exploration, fostering deep understanding and self-confidence. Lessons emphasize conceptual comprehension and logical thinking over memorization, promoting long-term retention and critical skill development. Outside teaching, I engage in applied mathematics research, educational projects, and problem-solving challenges, integrating practical relevance into lessons. Observing students progress from uncertainty to mastery, gaining confidence and analytical ability, is deeply rewarding and motivates my ongoing dedication to teaching.
