About Arhaan
My passion for Mathematics began with a fascination for logical patterns, problem-solving, and abstract thinking. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Mathematical Sciences, where I deepened both theoretical understanding and applied skills. Over 8 years of teaching, I have guided students from elementary school math through SAT math and introductory Calculus, helping them build conceptual clarity, reasoning skills, and academic confidence. My teaching philosophy emphasizes making abstract topics accessible, stimulating curiosity, and fostering independent problem-solving. I prioritize understanding each student’s learning style to tailor lessons effectively. Using visualizations, step-by-step explanations, real-world examples, and interactive exercises, I make concepts like geometry, algebra, and Calculus approachable. I encourage active questioning, experimentation, and iterative learning to create a supportive, motivating environment for growth. Outside the classroom, I engage with mathematics through research, problem-solving, and curriculum development. This enables me to integrate contemporary methods and practical applications into lessons. Teaching mathematics is deeply fulfilling because I witness students transform from uncertainty to mastery, developing analytical reasoning, resilience, and independence that extend beyond academic success.

Advanced learners focus on algebra, SAT math strategies, and introductory Calculus, emphasizing accuracy, analytical reasoning, and methodical problem-solving. Practice exercises, guided problem-solving, and feedback support conceptual clarity and confidence.
