Our sessions would run for 1 hour minimum or more if need be. We'd start by talking about what your goals are and what you specifically want to work on. My coaching sessions are for anyone of any age who is looking for more confidence. The power is within you! I have faith that everyone can become more confident through effort whether this is in public speaking, socialising, interviewing, dating or at work. It takes work but it is more than achievable.
