1st class honours English and History tutor for secondary school students

Amy is a fantastic tutor and I highly recommend her. Amy gives English grinds to my son. She is extremely patient, explains everything clearly, and adapts the lesson to suit what is happening in school or areas you would like to focus on. She has really helped build my son’s confidence and skills in English. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy.

I recommend Amy. She helped me with my essay writing and building up my confidence in answering questions. She's so kind and sweet. I will definitely recommend her to everyone.

Amy is a really excellent teacher.
She taught my 14-year-old son once a week, and in less than 6 months, his exam mark went from 40 percent to 60 percent. I am confident she will help him to improve further.
She is very professional—always well-prepared, and my son found her notes very helpful.
I was impressed with her ability to teach teenagers!

Amy helped me for my junior cert. Her lessons were easy to understand and gave me useful tips for my exams.

Amy helped my brother prepare for his junior cert and did an amazing job. Within the first few weeks we were able to see huge improvements. We will definitely be coming back when he starts fifth year !! Totally recommend

Amy tutored my 15-year-old son for English, and she has been an absolute gem. Dealing with a typical grumpy teenager can be a challenge, but Amy handled him with incredible patience, accommodation, and thorough preparation.
What I appreciate most about her teaching methods is how well-structured and adaptable she is. She met him at the level he needed and didn’t let him slack off. Thanks to her hard work, his marks and confidence in English have noticeably improved. I couldn't recommend Amy more highly to anyone looking for a truly professional and supportive tutor!
