About Niti
I’m a finance professional by day and a yoga practitioner by choice — practicing since 2020 and now 200-hour RYS certified. For me, yoga isn’t a side activity, it’s a lifestyle I’ve built alongside a demanding full-time career and my own strength training practice. That balance taught me how real people actually live — with limited time, competing priorities, and a lot of trial and error. I teach from that same place: practical, honest, and built for people who want yoga to fit into their real life, not replace it. If you’re busy and think you don’t have time for yoga, trust me, I understand!

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2020 and hold a 200-hour RYS certification. My teaching focuses on real life — I work with busy professionals who sit all day and gym-goers who need better mobility and recovery. My style is practical, not preachy: no perfection, no judgment, just movement that actually fits into your schedule and helps your body feel better. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already active, I meet you where you are and build a routine that works around your life, not the other way around
