About Leah
I am a former ballet dancer, turned fitness instructor. I studied classic ballet for 11 years and spent the past 18 years teaching various forms of dance, and fitness classes to all ages. I am a certified Pilates instructor and recently certified 200 YTT Yoga instructor. My passion is teaching people how to move their bodies and how to still their bodies and all of the movement in between!

My teaching approach is casual and educational. I am very interested in teaching correct form. Correct form in yoga and fitness can make for enjoyable personal experience, while avoiding injury. I like to keep sessions light, educational and fun.

Details
I have a private yoga studio in my home where I can teach 2 people at one time. The cost for 2 people discounted to $16/hour (save $4.)
When the weather is warm, I will also offer yoga outside and can accommodate 15 or more participants at one time. I also specialize in birthday parties and special yoga events packages for all ages. Prices will vary depending on package chosen.
