About Srikanth
I am a passionate chess teacher with over 10 years of experience. I have taught students of all levels, from beginners to advanced players. I am skilled at identifying each student's individual needs and developing a personalized lesson plan to help them reach their goals.
My teaching style is patient and encouraging. I believe that everyone can learn to play chess, and I am committed to helping my students succeed. I use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and interactive exercises. I also encourage my students to ask questions and to learn from their mistakes.

My teaching method is based on the following principles:

Differentiated instruction: I recognize that students learn in different ways. I use a variety of teaching methods and materials to cater to the different learning styles of my students.
Assessment for learning: I use assessment to identify student strengths and weaknesses and to inform my instruction.
I provide students with regular feedback on their progress and help them to develop strategies for improvement.
Typical lesson plan:
A typical lesson plan for me might include the following:
Introduction: I start by introducing the topic of the lesson and reviewing any prior knowledge that students may have.
Presentation: I then present the new information in a variety of ways, such as lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities.
Practice: I provide students with opportunities to practice the new information through exercises and assignments.
Assessment: I assess student understanding of the material through formative assessments, such as quizzes and exit tickets.
