About Rudi

I grew up in Lincoln, and attended a STEM college which specialised in Engineering. After completing my A-Levels, I went on to study Engineering at the University of Cambridge and I am currently in my second year. Along with my passion for engineering, I also love football, and have a deep passion for movies and books.

About the lesson

During my time at 6th form, I was asked by my school to assist with tutoring some GCSE students with their mathematics. I also helped provide tutoring to an ex-student who did not have sufficient mathematical knowledge for their engineering degree. I believe that the best way to provide additional teaching is to give the student the fundamentals and help develop their ability to solve the problems themselves in preparation for exams. By seeing how the student works through problems, it is easier to determine the best method to teach the content that they are struggling with, which is a much more personalised experience than you will find in school. My lessons are suitable for GCSE/A-Level students. The length is flexible and can be adjusted to what suits the student best and benefits their learning the most.
