About Aryan
Hi, I'm Aryan, a 2nd year Economics student at the University of Warwick. I've always had a strong passion for Maths and I am very much aware the learning journey is not smooth sailing. There have been times where I have struggled with certain concepts and have simply needed some guidance to navigate these difficulties. That is why I started tutoring. I know first hand how much of a difference the right teaching style can make, especially when a subject feels daunting. I want to help students not just improve their grades, but genuinely build confidence in their own ability.

My approach is structured but friendly: I identify exactly where a student is struggling, then break topics down step-by-step using worked examples and past paper questions until the concept genuinely clicks, all in a relaxed, patient environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Lessons typically run 1 hour, with regular exam-style practice and homework to reinforce learning. I've tutored GCSE and A-Level Maths students, drawing on my own exam experiences (4A* at A-Level including Further Maths, 11A* at GCSE) as well as my Economics degree at Warwick, which relies heavily on quantitative reasoning. I work well with students aged 11-18, from those needing to build confidence with fundamentals to those aiming for top grade. My overall belief is that tutoring isn't about where a student starts, it's about maximising their potential and I take genuine pride in playing a role in my students' learning journey having been in the same position only a few years ago.
