About Rubens
I am currently a third year Dental student with a strong academic background in maths and the sciences. Having achieved A* grades in Maths, Chemistry and Biology, alongside a UCAT score of 3130, I understand what it takes to form a competitive university application. I enjoy helping students overcome difficult topics, build confidence and ultimately secure places on their desired courses.

My teaching is ideal for aspiring Medical and Dental students. I have achieved A* grades in Maths, Chemistry and Biology, with a 3130 UCAT score and 10 GCSE grade 9s.
I aim to make more complex topics approachable and understandable, adapting my teaching style to each student's needs.
I understand the challenge of balancing A-level studies with university applications and extra-curricular activities. Therefore, it is my aim to help students stay confident and ahead in their courses, tackling difficult topics in a structured and effective manner.
