About Soumya
Hello! I’m a third-year B.A. LL.B. student with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in teaching and helping students learn with confidence.
I have always enjoyed explaining concepts, discussing ideas, and helping others understand topics in a simple and practical way. I believe that every student has a different learning style, so I try to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn at their own pace.
I offer online tuition for students from Class 1 to Class 10 across all subjects. For students in Classes 11 and 12, I teach Social Science, Political Science, and Psychology. I can also help students with revision, homework, exam preparation, conceptual understanding, and answer-writing skills.
My aim is not just to help students complete their syllabus, but to make learning easier, more engaging, and less stressful. I am patient, approachable, and committed to giving each student individual attention during classes.
I look forward to helping students build stronger concepts, improve their academic performance, and become more confident learners!

My teaching approach is student-focused, interactive, and easy to understand. I believe that students learn best when concepts are explained in a simple and relatable way rather than through rote memorisation. I adapt my teaching style according to the student's age, learning pace, strengths, and areas that need improvement.
Teaching techniques and methods:
I use clear explanations, real-life examples, visual aids, practice questions, discussions, and regular revision to make concepts easier to understand and remember. I also encourage students to ask questions freely and participate actively during classes. For exam preparation, I focus on conceptual clarity, important topics, answer-writing skills, and practice through questions and mock tests.
Usual structure of a class:
A typical class begins with a short revision of the previous topic, followed by an explanation of the new concept. We then work through examples and questions together, followed by practice exercises to check the student's understanding. I end the class with a quick recap and, where required, small assignments or revision tasks.
My special features as a teacher:
As a law student, I particularly enjoy subjects involving reasoning, analysis, society, politics, and current affairs. I aim to make even theoretical subjects interesting by connecting them with real-world examples. I am patient with students and encourage them to learn at their own pace while maintaining a structured approach towards academics and examinations.
Classes intended for:
I offer online classes for students from Class 1 to Class 10 in all subjects. For Classes 11 and 12, I offer tuition in Social Science-related subjects, Political Science, and Psychology. Classes can be tailored according to the student's school syllabus, academic goals, examination requirements, and individual learning needs.
