About Ava
I’m a 20-year-old college student in my 3rd year of Mechatronic Engineering studies. I received a H1 in Mathematics in the Leaving Certificate after struggling through the Junior Cert. I’m a firm believer that understanding the concepts of the Math course is heavily dependent on the ability of your teacher. I assist in my college's math assistance program and have helped many students with the Leaving Certificate course since I was sitting my own Leaving Certificate! I have worked with students of all levels, from students who are naturally inclined to math but wish to further their knowledge to students who struggle with fundamental concepts. I use a similar approach to Khan Academy on YouTube but offer constant feedback and innovative solutions to students' queries. My aim is to break math down into its fundamental concepts and remove the unnecessary confusing phrasing.
