About
Fitness With a Twist is an all-female pole dance and fitness studio in Pittsburgh, PA, located at 1911 East Carson Street. The studio offers weekly public classes in pole fitness and dance, along with aerial yoga, silks, and other circus arts. Public classes run Monday–Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturday–Sunday from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
Private parties and private lessons are available seven days a week, with options tailored for bachelorette celebrations and Girls’ Night Out events. Memberships and single-session options are offered, and new students are welcome. Clients can book classes and events online. The studio also supports communication via text and WhatsApp for scheduling and inquiries.
