About Nickey-Ann
I am finishing my degree at the end of the year. I have worked with children a long time helping with test prep, studying, homework and tasks. I have a passion to make work easier and more understandble. I also worked for an audit firm for almost 4 years until I got an oppertunity at a school while I finish my degree. I am a teachers assistant for the grade 2 HOD. I am a hardworker and very organised. I am also very punctual. I strongly believe that nothing is impossible, it is simply how you understand it.

My teaching method is to start by getting to know my learners, what they like and dislike. I find this to be very important so that the learners feel safe and comfortable. I work with a reward system to that helps motivate the learners to achive their full potiential. All my worksheets and notes are done by me and to each leaners spesifications. I do not believe in breaking down a learner based on weak marks. I simply build on the weksness and to turn it in to a strength. It is very important that the learner and I have mutal respect. I will always be there for my leaners.
