About Miaan
I was a tutor at Stellenbosch University in 2021, and I truly loved teaching so much that I decided it was something I would like to pursue more intentionally.
I am fortunate enough to have had university modules like Afrikaans and Dutch, Writing Skills, Interpretation of Law, Economics (6 different subtopics of the module) and other law modules that add to my understanding and teaching skills.
If you wish to choose me as tutor, you will have a strong sense of clear communication and effort made during each lesson.
I will get to know you and try my best to find out how you learn best and then adjust my style to help you optimally.

I am proficient in Afrikaans and English and I like to ensure that students understand concepts rather than me just throwing knowledge at them. I work systematically and always try to make lessons as fun and relatable as possible, while still effective.
I am skilled especially in writing and referencing in essays as well as poetry and economics.
