About Vesna
Dedicated yoga practice changed my life. Literally! I'm a former back sufferer, cervical spondylosis owner but now, in my early 50's, my body feels younger than when I was in my 20's, I feel energised, most of the time pain-free, calm and content.

My yoga lessons usually start with sitting [meditating] followed by postural practice [asanas] and guided relaxation. I tend to run 6-8 week courses, offering standing asanas, backbends, twists, forward bends, inversions, vinyasa flow, surya namaskar [sun salutations], yoga nidra [yogic sleep]. I provide modifications for challenging asanas, tailored yoga plan based on individuals' experience, and take care about ailments. I love teaching beginners online or in person. I'm based in North London. Namaste

I got injured in a car crash 15 years ago. Vesna has been my twice-weekly yoga guide/teacher every since; privately, publicly and now, on zoom as well. She really knows her stuff - is very attentive to my (to everyone's) needs and limitations, always adjusting and adapting to keep it fresh and slightly challenging. Highly recommended.
