I’m Ankitha, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor trained in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Yoga has become an important part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping others experience its physical and mental benefits. I enjoy working with students of all ages and fitness levels, creating a supportive and encouraging environment where everyone can learn at their own pace. Whether you’re starting your yoga journey, looking to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or simply make time for yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is to help you develop a sustainable practice that leaves you feeling healthier, stronger, and more confident.

Welcome! I’m a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor specializing in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. My classes are designed for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners looking to improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance, and overall well-being. Every session is personalized according to your goals, whether it’s weight loss, stress relief, better mobility, or building a consistent yoga practice. I focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindful movement to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning experience.
