About Elizabeth
I have been practicing yoga for over 11 years and began my teaching journey in 2020. I completed my 200 hour certification and began teaching vinyasa and power yoga classes. I love creating grounded and inclusive spaces and forming relationships.
I have recently completed my 300 yoga teaching certification in Rishikesh, India. This allowed me to deepen my own practice and I can bring more to my students now as well.
Outside of yoga, I am a runner, love being outside, enjoy cooking and baking, and always look forward to shared time with loved ones.

Available to teach 30, 60 and 90 minute classes that can be customized. Styles of teaching include: Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, and a relaxing flow.
Can leader Pranayama and Meditation as well, with a focus on beginners.
Able to provide playlists for practice or if you prefer a quieter practice happy to create that space.
I love teaching students of all levels and meeting somewhere wherever they may be in their journey. I am passionate that yoga is for everyone (if you can touch your toes or not!).
