About Varsha
I work as a Japanese Translator by profession and am a Yoga Practitioner and Trekker by passion.
My regular yoga practice, combined with stretching, has had a profound positive impact on my daily life. It has improved my flexibility, strength, endurance, breath control, and overall well-being. Inspired by these benefits, I am passionate about helping others experience the transformative power of yoga.
I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), having completed my training at Bodhi School of Yoga, Goa, a Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS).
