In my teaching I always concentrate on the lesson I avoid unnecessary talking,I do summary and give my students a quiz so the will help them to get the lesson better, sometimes I give my students a short story which it has a link to our lesson to grab their attention, I'm always available to my students whenever they are need of me they will definitely get me, finally I also give my students a choice for a good improvement.
