Who Am I & Why Do I Want to Share My Knowledge? Hello students, I am Suman Das, a dedicated Physics teacher with more than 6 years of experience in teaching and guiding students for IIT-JEE, NEET, and college physics. My Physics journey started with my B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and M.Tech in Power System Engineering, and over the years, I have guided numerous students achieve success in their exams, gain strong conceptual foundations, and develop an interest in Physics. Why Do I Want to Share My Knowledge? Physics is not only a course for me; it is a means of gaining knowledge of how things work in the world. I teach because: I think learning must be fun, not daunting. Most students find Physics challenging because they perceive it as a hard course. My intention is to make it easy and interesting. I wish to enable students to think critically and solve problems. Physics is critical thinking, and learning it enables one to apply it in all walks of life, be it academics or problem-solving in real life. I have witnessed students change for the better with proper guidance. My teaching style has enabled students to enhance their performance, build confidence, and meet their academic aspirations. It's not about grades; it's about grasping. I don't only teach for exams; I teach for actual learning so that students are able to implement their knowledge in real-life areas such as engineering, research, and innovation. About the lesson

I am a 6+ years experienced Physics faculty and my philosophy of teaching is to simplify intricate ideas, make them interesting, and practical. I teach in such a manner that my students learn not only concepts but enjoy learning the subject Physics.

Teaching Techniques and Methods
1. Concept-Based Learning – I emphasize developing a robust conceptual framework instead of memorization. This allows students to implement their learning successfully in exams as well as in real life.
2. Interactive Problem-Solving – I integrate problem-solving classes where students directly get involved in the solution of IIT-JEE/NEET-level problems.
3. Multimedia & Visualization– I implement animations, videos, and simulations to simplify complex concepts (such as electromagnetism, waves, and quantum mechanics).
4. Applications in Real Life – I connect Physics concepts to real-life applications, making learning more meaningful and interesting.
5. Individualized Learning – I individualize my lessons according to the needs of individual students, providing one-on-one mentoring if required.

- Explaining the theories with practical examples
- Breaking down main topics step-by-step
3. Discussion & Problem-Solving (20-30 mins)
- Resolving examples and past papers
- Group discussion and peer to peer learning
4. Doubt Clearance & Quick Quiz (10-15 mins)
- Checking comprehension with a brief quiz
- Clarifying uncertainties and listing key points
