About Francesc
As an electronics engineer with experience in team leadership, my motivation as a private tutor comes from the desire to share not only technical knowledge, but also practical skills that I have acquired throughout my career. Having worked on complex projects and led teams, I understand the importance of a solid training that combines theory with real-world problem solving.
My goal as a teacher is to empower students to develop critical and analytical thinking, equipping them with the tools necessary to face technical and managerial challenges. By integrating my leadership experience, I am also able to teach teamwork and time management skills, essential for academic success.

As a private tutor, my teaching method focuses on offering a personalized learning experience that responds to the needs and the path of each student. I use various tools to ensure a deep understanding of the topics and the development of critical analysis skills.
1. Diagnostic Evaluation: I begin by evaluating the student's level of knowledge to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
2. Visual and Practical Methods: I incorporate graphics, diagrams and practical examples to facilitate understanding. This is particularly useful for students who learn better with visual stimulation.
3.Division into Key Concepts: I break down complex topics into manageable chunks, allowing the student to assimilate them step by step. The goal is for them to understand each concept before moving on to the next.
4. Personalized Study Techniques: I guide the student in the development of study techniques adapted to their learning style, such as mind maps, summaries, schemes or the use of mnemonics for efficient memorization.
5. Promoting Critical Thinking and Analysis: In addition to teaching the content, I foster the student's ability to critically analyze information and develop independent solutions.
6. Constant Review and Feedback: Ensure that the student understands both the "how" and the "why" of the topics. I provide detailed feedback to improve their performance.
