About Joel
I’m an academic with a background in Psychology (BSc) and Psychology and Neuroscience (MSc).
I offer the knowledge of a professional researcher with 3+ years of research experience coupled with the understanding of what it’s like to be in higher education/graduate in the last 5 years. Taken together I’ve got the knowledge and understanding to help students reach their goals.
I also understand how intense studying and academia can be, particularly how easy it can be to feel lost or left behind. As such i’d love to help students not just stay on track but learn to get the best out of your studies!

I’ve got a varied background in academia, working as a researcher across psychology, health, social and public policy. As such I offer a holistic approach to learning that allows students to understand the topic within a larger context - based on real life research experience!
I have previous experience working as an academic mentor and love to help students get to grips with concepts they’re struggling with or helping them write their homework/assignments/coursework.
