About Candice
I am a 500-hour advanced certified yoga teacher and bigger-bodied yogi, passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and represented. Too often, yoga is portrayed as only for certain body types, but I believe it is for all bodies, abilities, and levels. My teaching focuses on accessible modifications, mindful alignment, and confidence-building, helping students feel empowered, comfortable, and inspired in their practice. I conduct classes online to anywhere in the world
