About Ryan
Every student I teach adds value to my journey as a tutor. With 12 years of experience as an ESL teacher, I have worked with high school and college students, guiding around 150 to 200 learners. I believe that learning English should be a positive and enjoyable experience.
I focus on grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills to help students improve step by step. I always encourage students to participate actively and practice regularly. One of my proudest achievements is helping students become confident English speakers.
Many of my students have improved their academic performance and communication abilities. My teaching style is friendly, interactive, and encouraging. My goal is to support students and help them achieve success.

My teaching methodology for ESL is focused on helping students become confident and independent learners. I use real-life examples and case studies to make lessons practical and easy to understand. This helps students apply English in their daily communication. I focus on motivation by supporting students and helping them stay confident in their progress.
I include problem-solving tasks such as role-plays, discussions, and real-life situations to improve communication skills. I believe in integrity, so I provide honest and clear feedback. I also maintain flexibility by adapting lessons based on each student’s goals, level, and learning needs. Besides ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
