About Ella
I am a guitar tutor with 7 years of experience and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Guitar Performance. My teaching is focused on preparing students for professional opportunities in music. I work with guitarists aiming for auditions, recording sessions, and advanced composition programs. These paths require focus and discipline.
My lessons are structured and goal-oriented. I help students refine their technique, tone, and musical precision. Small details make a big impact.
I also train students for high-pressure performance situations. We build confidence through consistent practice and preparation. Performance becomes controlled and reliable.
I guide students in developing their creative voice as well. Composition and musical identity are part of the process. My goal is to help you perform and create at a professional level with confidence.

My teaching approach focuses on helping guitarists prepare for real performance situations. I believe playing with others builds strong musical skills. Each lesson is practical and easy to follow. Students learn by doing.
I emphasize ensemble playing and understanding band dynamics. Students learn how to listen and respond to other musicians. This builds awareness.
I also teach stage presence and live performance etiquette. We work on confidence, communication, and preparation. These skills matter.
I support players who enjoy fingerstyle and those building confidence later in their journey. Progress is steady and encouraging. Together, we’ll get you ready for the stage.
