About Miles
As an ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, I have successfully worked with around 150 High School and College students while helping them develop practical English skills. I believe learning should be enjoyable, interactive, and focused on real-world communication.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes personalized learning because every student has different goals and learning preferences. I prepare engaging lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing through practical activities and meaningful conversations.
I encourage curiosity, confidence, and continuous improvement by creating a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. Regular progress reviews and supportive feedback ensure learners continue moving forward.
Helping students improve confidence, examination performance, and communication abilities has been the greatest reward of my profession. Besides ESL, I teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic English, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Development, and Communication Skills.

I believe successful language learning happens when students are encouraged to explore, practice, and communicate without fear. My teaching methodology combines flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration to provide a supportive and engaging learning experience.
I design lessons according to each student's language level and learning goals. Activities strengthen grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing while encouraging practical use of English in everyday life.
Flexibility allows me to modify lessons whenever students need additional guidance or greater challenges. Interactive conversations, role-playing, reading activities, writing exercises, and language games help maintain interest and improve understanding.
Empathy and compassion allow me to support every learner with patience and encouragement. I believe mistakes are an important part of learning, so I provide constructive feedback that builds confidence rather than discouragement.
Communication develops through discussions, storytelling, debates, presentations, and collaborative learning activities that improve fluency, pronunciation, and critical thinking.
Besides ESL, I also teach English Grammar, Business English, Academic English, Conversational English, Vocabulary Building, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Communication Skills, English Literature, and Interview Preparation. My aim is to help students become confident English communicators.
