About Katleho
My name is Katleho, it means success. I have 22 years of life experience, and within those years I have learned myself as someone that is multifaceted. I have intelligence (a quick learning and processing ability), and I am naturally sweet, kind, soft and gentle. So I cannot be unkind, I have been in situations where I tried to be unkind, I failed. I am someone who is sensitive and with my life years of experience, I have learned emotional intelligence, tactical empathy because I wanted to find a substitute for sympathy in situations where my sympathy is not supposed to be used, I also have cognitive empathy. I have high patience. I love directing, so I don't only teach accounting in my class, I teach strategies to learn difficult topics and I have the ability to break down difficult topics, including those irrelevant from accounting.

My focus is not on what accounting is, I focus on perspective, what my students see accounting as. Basically, my specialty is on changing perspective towards accounting. I build character and attitude towards academics. I also aim on educating my students on certain professions related to the field. I also teach emotional intelligence, emotional management, and tactical empathy in my class. I also lay out marketing strategies I learned along the way, as they help you in negotiations.
