About Sabrina
I’m a senior at the University of Miami from Maryland, studying on the pre-med track. Alongside my coursework, I’ve taken on leadership roles such as serving on the College Advisory Board for the Ulman Foundation and co-founding a campus chapter of the One Love Foundation. These experiences, along with earning a 522 on the MCAT, reflect both my academic dedication and my commitment to mentoring and supporting others. As a tutor, I keep lessons flexible and approachable. We start by reviewing the material together and then work through practice problems step by step, building confidence along the way. I know physics can feel overwhelming at times, so I focus on breaking concepts down clearly and making sure students feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is not just to help students succeed in class, but to help them feel capable and confident in their own abilities.

My tutoring style is straightforward and hands-on. I start each lesson by reviewing the topics you’re covering in class, breaking them down step by step so the concepts make sense. From there, we spend most of our time doing guided practice problems. I’ll walk you through the process at first, then give you space to solve on your own so you build confidence and mastery.
As a senior at the University of Miami on the pre-med track, I earned a 100% in both Algebra-Based Physics 101 and 102. I know these classes can be tough, and what sets me apart is that I’ve recently been through them myself, so I explain things in a way that’s approachable and clear. My lessons are for college students in algebra-based physics or high schoolers preparing for AP Physics 1 or 2, and I’m flexible with scheduling—whether online or in person.
