About Tori
I am a dedicated Biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and a BSc in Biology. My teaching approach in Biology is gentle, reflective, and centered around the fascinating microscopic world. I focus on helping students understand complex topics like microbiology, bacteria, viruses, disease transmission, and public health biology in a calm and engaging way. Each lesson is designed to spark curiosity and deepen understanding.
I encourage students to explore how pathogens work, how our immune system responds, and why public health matters in today's world. Whether it's learning about viral structures or bacterial resistance, I simplify concepts and connect them to real-life examples. This makes learning both interesting and relevant.
With a background strong in toxicology and a curious mind for tinkering, I bring a fresh perspective to the subject. I create a safe space for students to ask questions, reflect deeply, and build their knowledge at their own pace.
