About Iqra
Hello! I'm an M.Phil-qualified Chemistry tutor with 8 years of teaching experience, specializing in Cambridge, Edexcel, and IB Diploma Chemistry. Throughout my career, I have taught students from different countries and educational backgrounds through both one-to-one and group online classes. Watching students who once struggled with Chemistry go on to achieve A and A* grades has been the most rewarding part of my journey.
Chemistry has always been more than just a subject to me—it's a way of understanding how the world works. That's why I aim to make every lesson engaging, interactive, and easy to follow. I believe that when students truly understand the concepts, they naturally become more confident and perform better in exams.
Over the years, I have worked with students preparing for Cambridge IGCSE/O Level, AS & A Level, Edexcel International GCSE and A Level, and IB Diploma (SL & HL) examinations. Every student learns differently, so I tailor my teaching to suit their pace, strengths, and goals. Whether you're aiming to improve your grades, prepare for board exams, or strengthen your understanding of Chemistry, I create a structured plan designed specifically for you.
My online lessons are conducted using a digital pen tablet, allowing me to explain reactions, calculations, diagrams, and mechanisms just as I would in a classroom. Students are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, and solve problems independently while I guide them through every step.
Beyond helping students achieve excellent exam results, my goal is to develop their confidence and curiosity. I want my students to see Chemistry as a logical and interesting subject rather than something to memorize.
