About Adrina
I'm Adrina, with 4 years' experience tutoring, and an aspiring dentist who has just completed A-levels, with A*A*A in Psychology, Chemistry, and Biology, and 9 A*-A's in GCSEs. I obtained among the highest marks in my Psychology cohort and at the top of my year group for GCSEs. I have always been quite a psychology nerd, always striving for more knowledge and education in the subject. Psychology has always clicked for me, not only through academics, but throughout real life; it has always intrigued me how so much of our lives are determined by our psyche and our childhood, which is partly why I make an effort to spread my knowledge and advice on how to also excel in such a fascinating subject. I pay attention to how you process information, what you struggle with, and how to fix it (no surprises, more psychology inferences!) which is why I believe my tutoring would be the perfect addition to your revision.

I teach psychology in a way that makes the content feel simple and logical. I believe understanding the fundamental basis of the psychological theorem allows for success in the subject. Every lesson is tailored to the student, whether you need help understanding studies, memorising AO1/A03, or writing high-level essays and answers. I break topics down into clear steps with real examples to fully understand what is being taught, all within the AQA specification to ensure top grades. As A-level season approaches, simply memorising the immense amount of content for psychology will not be enough; understanding is key, hence why my style is engaged, patient, and structured. My students walk away with confidence to tackle even the hardest questions.
