About Scarlett
"Starting out feels a bit like dancing with a heavy object at first. Tuning and maintenance usually happen before we even touch the guitar fretboard. I bring my acoustic technique and music theory knowledge to help you handle rhythm guitar or complex strumming patterns. Because I cater to returning learners and adults, I include a practice module with every lesson to keep momentum.

"Music found me through the raw energy of nylon strings long before I earned my Diploma of Music from JMC Academy. I actually prefer teaching the mistakes as much as the successes.
My 10 years of experience cover everything from reading tabs to the nuance of improvisation and soloing. Working professionals and teens alike find that I keep things moving fast. I have taught countless students how to master power chords and maintain their instruments. I am just a person who loves the sound of wood and steel vibrating in a small room."
