Ellie’s a brilliant teacher. As a pannelist at Central, she knows the audition process inside out. Ellie creates a working environment that is honest, open and relaxed. Because of this I felt comfortable to fail and take risks and I’m certain I would not have done so well had it not been for Ellie’s help.

Ellie knows how to push you beyond your comfort zone. Even from the few sessions I had with her, I managed to learn a lot from her approaches and analytical mindset. I'm still putting into practice a lot of the methods she taught me.
I recommend her to anyone willing to be challenged and have a willingness to grow as a performer!

Ellie has been coaching me on drama school audition monologues and just within the last year I feel like I’ve improved so so much! Ellie made me feel comfortable straight away and helped me figure out what I’d been doing right/what I could improve on. We then began work on new monologues, some of which she recommended me try. We worked to my pace and she gave me clear feedback and unique ideas, towards the end we also did a mock audition. I wouldn’t have got as far as I did, in terms of recalls and final recalls, if I didn’t have sessions with Ellie so I’m extremely grateful and will continue hopefully lessons in the future!

Working with Ellie has helped me to grow as a performer and she is very adept at taking you out of your comfort zone to explore different and new ways if tackling dialogue you never would have thought of. She is extremely patient and approachable and I look forward to continue working with her in the future.

I have absolutely loved working with Ellie over the past 6 months preparing my monologues for Drama School auditions. She challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and really connect to my characters, finding the truth, colour and fun in my monologues. Her methods of teaching are unique and her attention to detail enabled my work to improve vastly. Her knowledge of the auditions process and insight of drama school life was also invaluable. I can’t thank Ellie enough for her help - I don’t think I would be going to LAMDA to do a BA in Professional Acting without her!
