About Tyler
I have taught acting, directing, text analysis, and theater studies since 2023. I have specific training in intimacy choreography, Stanislavsky method, and Shakespeare.
In academia, I have directed 5 productions at Cal State Fullerton, as well as been a mentor for student actors, directors, designers, and stage managers for 5 student-led productions.
Professionally, I have worked at South Coast Repertory (assistant director), Laguna Playhouse (assistant director), and Hobgoblin Playhouse (actor) [through Hollywood Fringe Festival.]
Outside of theater, I have directed music videos, and come with seven years of experience working at the Disneyland Resort.

I focus on realism, Stanislavsky method, and text analysis. I train students on investing in given circumstances and the theatrical world they are in.
I have guided worksheets for character analysis, and have extensive training in Shakespeare and heightened language.
I am confident my material is not only accessible, but valuable, for students of all skill levels and backgrounds whether you be current high school students, applying for BFA programs, or finishing up your undergraduate degree.
