About Meagan
I am a Bachelor of Fine Arts - Theatre Performance graduate from the University of Concordia. Since graduating I have been working as an actress and a teacher in the city of Montreal.
As a professional actor in theatre, film and voice I have an excellent understanding of how to prepare for auditions and help support a positive mindset as you navigate this industry.
I am a certified Intimacy Director and Coordinator meaning my approach to acting teaching and coaching is trauma-informed and client based.

My methodology is centered around the breathe and body. Our breathe is what connects us to emotions , authentic voice and vulnerability and our body can help us connect to our breathe. I believe in changing methods based on the individuals needs and goals. There is no one way to act and I believe everyone has the tools inside them to be able to do this work if they truly want to.
If you are looking for scene work or ensemble training I am also able to work elements like connecting to a partner, relationship building, deep listening and building trust amongst a group.
