About Helen
I have a BA hons in Theatre and Performace and an MA from LIPA in acting. I have worked as an actor for 10 years professionally and have extensive experience in directing, coaching and devising new work as well as in improvisation, comedy and physical theatre. I have produced theatre throughout my career and I am available for 1-1s, group classes, script development, audition coaching, actor coaching and more, give me a holler!

I am positive and constructive, I look to find a student’s strengths and I am honest about areas for improvement with a bunch of techniques and tactics under my belt for fixing and drawing out authenticity, emotion and comedy where appropriate. Acting is tough and it is based in a willingness to bare parts of yourself. This needs to be explored in a safe and supportive environment which is what I provide for any student I work with.
