About Hector
"Coding represents a craft built on 13 years of dedication to complex software architecture. Watching a student move from basic syntax to writing efficient C++ code remains a highlight of my career.
Having taught 277 students, I know how to explain data structures and Python logic clearly. My academic background includes an MSc in Computer Science from UCL, which informs my focus on algorithmic thinking.
Whether we work on SQL databases or backend APIs, the goal is writing clean, scalable code. I enjoy seeing students excel at competitive programming platforms during our sessions. My own path began with a curiosity about how systems interact under the hood."
