Hi, I’m Priyal, and I’m passionate about helping students and beginners feel confident using Excel. I have a Certification in Computer Applications and Advanced Excel and enjoy explaining concepts in a simple, clear, and practical way.

My Teaching Approach
I believe Excel is much easier to learn when you understand why and how to use each tool, rather than simply memorizing formulas. My teaching approach is simple, practical, and step-by-step, with a focus on helping students build confidence while working independently.
I have a Certification in Computer Applications and Advanced Excel, and I use practical examples to explain concepts clearly. I adapt my lessons according to each student's level, learning pace, and goals.
A Typical Lesson
A typical lesson begins with a quick discussion of what the student already knows and what they would like to improve. I then introduce the topic with a clear explanation and demonstration, followed by guided practice where we work through examples together. The student then completes similar exercises independently, and I provide feedback and explain any areas that need improvement.
Lessons can include:
Excel basics and spreadsheet organization
Formulas and functions
Formatting and data management
IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF and lookup functions
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Pivot tables and charts
Practical business and accounting examples
Creating budgets, reports and useful spreadsheets

I am patient, approachable, and focused on making Excel less intimidating. I don't believe in rushing through topics. My goal is for students to understand the concept, practice it themselves, and leave each lesson feeling more confident.
