About Preston
I am an enthusiastic Guitar tutor with 14 years of experience and over 350 students taught. I specialize in teaching high school and college students, helping them strengthen technical skills, creativity, and confidence. My lessons are designed to be engaging, interactive, and enjoyable, ensuring students have fun while progressing steadily.
One milestone I am particularly proud of is guiding students to perform confidently at college events and competitions, which demonstrates their growth and dedication. I focus on nurturing musical expression, self-confidence, and stage presence, inspiring students to develop a lifelong love for Guitar.

I follow a simple and organized guitar teaching methodology based on communication, accountability, and integrity. I explain guitar lessons step by step, from beginner chords to advanced strumming techniques, using clear language. Good communication helps students feel relaxed and confident.
I build accountability by helping students develop consistent practice habits and set achievable goals. I review progress regularly and give guidance for improvement. Integrity is very important in my teaching. I focus on correct posture, hand placement, and musical fundamentals to build strong foundations.
Lessons are planned according to the student’s learning pace and musical interests. I use exercises, rhythm practice, and song learning to make lessons engaging. I also teach related subjects such as music theory, improvisation, and composition to support complete musical development.
My approach is supportive, patient, and motivating. I help students enjoy guitar learning while improving steadily.
