About Maria
As an Aerial Yoga instructor since 2016, I bring several years of experience and expertise to guide and inspire individuals in the practice of Aerial Yoga. With a passion for both the physical and artistic elements of movement, I have cultivated a teaching style that caters to a diverse range of participants, from beginners to advanced practitioners. My classes offer a unique blend of strength-building, flexibility enhancement, and mindfulness, creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment.
