With over 15 years of experience working in film and television across major networks and studios, my career has taken me from critically acclaimed dramas to blockbuster films, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this industry.

As a coach, I bring a wealth of real-world industry experience and well-established acting methodologies to my sessions, offering practical, tailored guidance to help actors refine their craft, build confidence, and deliver compelling performances. All while guiding you on personal branding, how to be seen by the right people and how to avoid common professional pitfalls!

On TV, I’ve worked on shows like Homeland (Showtime), Virdee (BBC), Count Abdulla (ITV), The Indian Detective (Netflix), Death in Paradise (BBC), and DEVS (FX). I have also been a series regular on the sci-fi drama, Pandora (The CW) and war-time drama, The Halcyon (ITV).

In film, I’ve worked alongside A-list actors on major productions, including billion-dollar franchise Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Disney/Lucasfilm), Irish psychological horror Double Blind and teen rom-com, Beautiful Disaster (Amazon Prime) & Unlocked (Netflix).

About the lesson

As a Drama Centre London alum, I blend Stanislavski, Laban, Meisner & Jungian techniques into a flexible, personalised approach.

There’s no single “right” way to approach acting —I believe in working with the instincts and intuition of each of my actors to discover their preferred individual approach.

But more than just technique, I bring real-world industry experience to every lesson. I’m an open book—ask me anything. Whether it’s audition prep, character work, or navigating the business, I’m here to help.
