About Desmond
I am a well trained individual who always strive to achieve set targets. Teaching is my passion and I use it as an instrument to encourage, motivate and inspire others to become the best person/s they can possibly become and to uplift the broader community. I belief that every individual is unique and that every person has the potential to be successful in their lifetime it is my obligation as a teacher to tab into and awaken the hidden potential in every individual student I teach

I incorporate everyday life situations into my teaching to make the lessons more practical
I always strive to build solid relations on a professional level with my learners to understand their thinking and world view to make learning an enjoyable experience
I further always encourage my learners to be active and use their imagination to come up with solutions to certain questions/situations
