About Leila
My name is Leila and I am currently working as an After School Leader for my local school district. I am currently in charge of 5th grade, teaching them various things, making sure their school work is done while helping with it, leading them to the right path, letting them have fun, and ensuring their safety on all parts. My goal is to make sure that students aim for success and can find ways to simplify their learning process in an interesting approach to keep the child's attention, yet still in an educational manner. I strive for success and I never give up, no matter what.

I think students should take lessons from me, because I am a very work-driven type of person. I like to ensure the success of each student and give a personalized study plan to every single one of them that can help them achieve their goals. With this in mind, I think sticking to a specific tutoring routine helps. My methods are easygoing, relaxed, yet still in a disciplined manner that will keep the child's attention. I think every single child always has big potential and all of them have opportunities to grow.
