About Aghosh

Aghosh B L | Expert Online Mathematics Educator
M.Sc. Mathematics | 18+ Years of Academic Excellence
About Me
With over 18 years of dedicated teaching experience across UAE and India, I specialize in transforming mathematics from a challenging subject into a confident skill for students worldwide. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as the Head of the Mathematics Department at Mastech (Dubai), teaching at Ekam Education (Dubai), and serving as the personal tutor to Sheikh Muhammad (grandson of the Dubai Ruler) for AS & A-Level Mathematics at Zabeel Palace.
Whether preparing for high-stakes board examinations or building foundational mastery, I offer personalized online tutoring tailored to high school and advanced-level curricula.
Curricula & Subjects Taught
* British Curriculum: IGCSE, AS Level, and A Level Mathematics
* American Curriculum: Middle & High School Mathematics through Grade 12 (Algebra I/II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus)
* International Baccalaureate (IB): MYP & DP Mathematics
My Teaching Approach & Style
1. Concept First, Method Next
Instead of encouraging rote memorization of formulas, I focus on building deep structural understanding. When students grasp why a mathematical relationship exists, solving complex problems becomes intuitive.
2. Tailored Strategic Preparation
Every curriculum and exam board (Edexcel, Cambridge, Oxford AQA, College Board) has specific question patterns and criteria. My lessons combine clear concept breakdown with rigorous past-paper practice, step-by-step problem-solving frameworks, and exam-taking techniques.
3. Interactive & Engaging Online Learning
Online learning with me is dynamic and hands-on. Using high-definition digital whiteboards, real-time problem-solving tools, and structured lesson notes, students experience the focus of a one-on-one classroom with the convenience of online learning.
4. Confidence & Mindset Development
Math anxiety often comes from gaps in foundational concepts. I create an encouraging environment where questions are welcomed, mistakes are analyzed as learning points, and students build the self-belief needed to tackle advanced problems independently.
Why Choose My Classes?
* Proven Track Record: 18+ years guiding top-performing students across the Gulf region and India.
* Top-Tier Expertise: Experience leading math departments and tutoring elite students at the highest academic levels.
* Result-Oriented: Targeted strategies to improve grades, master exam papers, and secure top university admissions.
