About Leah
Hello! My name is Leah and I live on the beautiful island of Barbados, which is located in the Caribbean. I have over 2 years' experience teaching English as a second language to both children and adults in China and Japan. I enjoy teaching and seeing the joy on the students face when they succeed. I am a patient student-centered teacher, meaning the focus is on the student. Finding the strengths of my students and getting to know them better helps them to open up and converse allowing for the expansion of their vocabulary and improvement in their conversational skills. I hope to be able to help more students soon.
