About the lesson

I teach Yoga According to Your Problems. Each Session is of 1 Hour. It contains: Pranayama, Asanas, Meditation, Surya Namaskar, Lifestyle, Diet. Results can be seen in a week. I have learned Yoga from Ambika Yog Kutir, Thane(1994). And Somaiya College, Vidyavihar, Mumbai.
