About Diana

I have been singing since 9 years of age. I sang in a children's choir in Bulgaria, then as an adult, I sang in a band, in a Philharmonic choir, and did 12 years of classical training, including a Master's in Classical singing from the National Musical Academy of Bulgaria. My coach was one of the students of Ghena Dimitrova, a renowned Dramatic soprano at MET and LA SCALA, now deceased. I have sung in 11 languages, have performed at festivals like Woodford Festival, St. Kilda Festival, and others, and in opera and musical productions in Australia. I have also busked solo in 21 different cities, in 5 countries. I love being a voice and singing coach.

About the lesson

I give simple singing exercises and I help you understand how the voice works. I also give you physical exercises in order to connect the body with the voice. My goal is for you to know your instrument, the voice, and become proficient at playing it. I help you to become aware of different components. I break things down for you and guide you at every step so you know what you are doing and how. I also demonstrate.
