About TheEpicPlace

I have taught trauma-informed movement for 2 years with Shakti Moves and Trans-Yoga-Flow. I persued my yoga teacher training through Flow Yoga Westgate in Austin Texas. I studied jazz, modern, ballet and hip-hop at Texas State Univeristy and 5-rythums, contact improv and erotic esoterism at various dance schools throughout the states. I look forward to unleashing your dance voice.

About the lesson

Have you been frusterated by traditional dance classes? Do you feel dance has no space for you? Do you say things like "I can't dance." Well I'm here to tell you YOU CAN and have fun and heal while doing it. Dance was shown to be the #1 treatment for depression in a recent study. Free yourself in a safe, fun community!
